Best super ever

- The super is fantastic and takes great care of the building, keeps everything clean and fixes things fast. - Laundry in unit - Decent gym

- You pay for your own heat (electric) - Some loud neighbors

Favorite building I’ve lived in

Pros:
Extremely clean All new amenities Rooftop has comfortable furniture Super is on-site Monday-Friday and promptly responds to messages. The few times I’ve needed help with something electrical or plumbing related, he fixed it very quickly
Cons:
The only downside is that the monthly cost for the garage is unreasonably expensive ($400/month)
Advice to owner:
The management company just changed, but my advice would be to respond to tenant phone calls quicker than the last company. There were a few times I emailed or called the last company and had to chase someone down for assistance. Hope the new property owners are more on top of it!
