The pests! The building is roach infested. You will be fooled when you move in. 2-3 weeks when you are settled they will come out. They enter the apartment in many ways! Be aware. From the front door , the heat, etc!
The building has to shut down for a week or more and bombed to completely get rid of the infestation. These little fixes do nothing!
