Not Worth it

Pros:
Good location, convenient to the MTA
Cons:
Lacked upkeeping, stolen packages consistently that management does nothing about although everyone knows who steals them, very loud neighbors that are not considerate of those around them, barely any heat in the winter time no matter how many 311 calls you make. Super & his wife are kind but building management is horrible and lack compassion nor care.
Advice to owner:
Do better, I've researched the management, slum lords forreal
