Will miss the building

Pros

Super and cleaning staff keep the building well maintained, any in unit issues are fixed quickly, other tenants are respectful and friendly.

Cons

Unfortunately, there was a fire in the building and there seems to be significant water damage to multiple units that will need to be renovated. Living in a construction zone currently

Bad management and super, non-responsive and no solutions offered Stolen packages on multiple ocassions

Advice to the owners

Have a super that is more responsive and willing to help the tennants' problems
