Landlords non responsive and litigious Hallways and trash areas not maintained well Residents and non-residents loitering and smoking in hallways all day

Clean the apartments and give the tenants a way to contact you.

Not great mgmnt
Pros
The building is pretty chill, people are chill, garbage is always taken care of, close to a lot of shops
Cons
Terrible management in terms of communication. They’re hard to reach, and therefore hard for them to help if something breaks, which thankfully it never did until recently. Took forever to get fixed. Live in super is cool, he sometimes is hard to reach as well, but he is helpful and nice
