Really isn’t much to highlight. I’m grateful to have a home
Cons:
They blame you for the problems in the building. They lack responsibility. The water if you leave it long enough to run a bath is yellow. The elevator is constantly down. The key fob doesn’t work properly to get into the building when it rains. They said they would fix this issue and are aware of it but have yet to do that since I moved in, in August. The actual building manager is lazy and doesn’t respond well.
Advice to owner:
Actually repair things and stop making cheap appliances and charging ridiculous amount of money to live in a place where you don’t want to actually improve tenants lives
