This building is terrible

Nothing good about this building

Cons

Homeless people sleeping in the hallway, drug activity, prostitution programs are used for apartments but the people in the program bring the bad activity there it used to be a family building now it’s like living in the worse loose dangerous dogs

Control your tenants, get rid of mold and bad pipes

Pros

Neighbors, neighborhood, pretty quiet, super is great

Cons

Management does not care about its tenants, there are so many pests, water is hit or miss, all they care about is filling the units like the good slumlords they are

Advice to the owners

Manage problems, open 311 complaints, care about your tenants before your buildings start crumbling and you will be left with a bigger headache. Or, maybe just sell it to someone who actually cares
