Great if unit is on the back of the building!

Pros:
Overall this is a great building. Super is very responsive but is not intrusive. Never had an issue with anyone in the building (quite the opposite really). Never had a package stolen.
Cons:
If you’re in one of the units that faces Beverley Rd there will be lots of noise from traffic all day and often at night. Also in the warmer months there are people from the building next door that hang out outside almost nightly and can be quite loud often until 2 am sometimes later. Also is rent stabilized but they always choose to raise the rent the maximum amount possible.

Horrible management. No heat. Infested with roaches and centipedes.
