NONE absolute nightmare horrible
Cons:
Disgusting rats in the walls and nasty building. Loud nasty neighbors and shit everywhere on the stairs. Rats living in the walls and roaches. No heat . Flooding. No water pressure and hanging outside and stealing packages rent is 3000 for piece of shit
Advice to owner:
Horrible building. Terrible management and unclean with rats in the walls. No heat and just smelly dirty and nasty.
