Positives include a great location, friendly neighbors, responsive superintendents, clean common areas, and well-maintained amenities such as elevators and laundry facilities. Bad landlords, neglectful even
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great home, great location, great neighborhood
Cons:
Bad response from landlord. No help with flooding. Possible illegal basement apartment in complex. No answer to building issues unless we call 311.
Advice to owner:
If you’re going to take a tenants money, at least make sure they aren’t possibly going to die in your building.
