Pros

- 4 different train options - great convenience/ location to Flatbush Ave - laundry available in building

Cons

- towards the end of the train lines - started adding late fees - outdated washer/ dryer - only one machine to wash clothes - this area isn't cleaned as often as the "nicer areas" but that's NYC redlining for ya!

Advice to the owners

It would be great if we could get a NEW washer/dryer and an additional washer/ dryer!
