Ok place to live if your options are limited

Closed to the Flatbush area The building has security cameras There’s a roof top Current super very professional and pleasant
Cons:
You must heat the apartment your self You pay for hot water Everything is electric The rooms are extremely smalls Landlord very rude Must pay $2 extra to make rent payment online (no other options are ever offered) when asked I was dismissed without follow up
Advice to owner:
Waive the monthly $2 fee when paying rent online or give other options to make rent payment
