Neighbors are pretty quiet most times
Cons
Management is horrible (doesn’t respond + very bad communication, not efficient) Building is never kept clean. Unit was not cleaned nor repaired upon move in. Repair issues (ceiling, pipes,etc) Pest infestation upon move in Garbage is not under control COLD in the winter The list goes on, it’s not worth it trust me!
Advice to the owners
There is a whole Reddit thread on how bad your management is. Do better but I know they won’t, scum sadly.
