    Never ending story

    Pros:
    - building management is responsive*
    - neighbors are wonderful
    - neighborhood is family friendly
    Cons:
    - *management does you always send someone the same day. Had a gas leak and took a week for them to come deal with it.
    - water damage constantly
    Advice to owner:
    I know there isn’t always much you can do to repair older buildings. But when a tenant is making a complaint and asking for help, the least that can be for is to send someone qualified over to look at it, access the situation and fix the problem.

    Landlord is awful - he will harass you

    -Neighbors are nice
    -Building is in a nice neighborhood
    -Units have character
    Cons:
    -Continues to harass tenants sending aggressive, rude emails and threatening lawsuits
    -Had no heat all of January
    -Have no hot water from March-present
    -No super living onsite
    -The landlord is truly disrespectful, unresponsiveness, and consistently goes against FHA, NY Housing Laws, and more.
    -When we moved into our unit, it was an absolute mess and completely unready - when we escalated this, the landlord and ownership team didn't respond for days, and then proceeded to threaten to kick us out of the unit if we continued to cause problems
    -Landlord will gaslight and harass you
