Landlord and Management Don’t Care
Pros
The apartments are rather large. Close to Q line.
Cons
Roaches (and I’m super clean) Terrible management. They don’t return calls...ever. Don’t honor riders. Worst management I’ve ever worked with. Shoddy repairs and work between tenants (literally painted over tape and tacks on the walls. Drips everywhere). No regular upkeep. Highly don’t recommend this building or working with this management group.
Advice to the owners
Have some pride and care in your place. It’s astonishing how much lack of care and professionalism you and your management group have. I’d just fire the entire group and start over.
