    Pros:
    Been here since 2014 - the rent is never been hiked
    Cons:
    - front door has been broken for 3 years
    - roaches everywhere, they were in my refrigerator and the super took months to replace
    - used appliances
    Advice to owner:
    Stop being a slum lord
