I survived, barely.
Everything. No safety, doors propped & jammed open all the time & homeless people come smoke inside and the owner still does nothing. Very dirty from the Chinese restaurant on ground floor & from lack of maintenance. Rusty metal, rot, garbage accumulation, terribly noisy and busy neighborhood on a very busy street. Right in front of a bus stop. I’d only live here as an absolute last resort.
