Criminals that don't reside there destroy the property

Pros:
Nothing really. Just housing
Cons:
Loitering in building for drug use, alcohol use, underage drinking and illegal drug use by non residents. Broken front door never repaired and building broken apart by criminal behavior. Management does nothing to secure the building for residents or to secure the outside and foyer from drug users blocking entry way in and out of the building.
Advice to owner:
Horrible way to treat your long term residents. What's the point of a live in Superintendent? Why the cameras if not enforcing a safe and secure space?
