You get what you pay for
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap and a lot of space compared to new buildings
Cons:
They DO NOT take care of the building. Bad pest problem for year plus, the heat will not kick in on random cold days, they have gotten multiple citations from the NYC about to poor trash mngt
Advice to owner:
Its a great, old building. Take care of it!
