    It is not the best, but not the worst either

    - Bright and big bedroom with AC
    - Laundry in the building
    - Video intercom
    Cons:
    - Roaches and cleanliness
    - Dishwasher is broken and noisy
    - Neighbors sometimes are loud

    New construction, good interiors

    Pros:
    New construction brings new appliances, water systems and safety locks. The building is nice and stands out in the neighborhood. Beautiful terrace with an okay backyard.
    Cons:
    The walls are too thin, can hear people talking in the other rooms. Aur conditioning unit is a big split ac on the ceiling which is meant for cooling and heating. This draws a lot of power and can shoot up your electricity bill.
    Advice to owner:
    Nothing, all good!!!!
