    No proper heat in the winter

    Pros:
    Location, proximity to transit
    Cons:
    Heat only 2x a day in winter(not in night)
    Lackadaisical, hot& cold attitude =landlady
    Rental increases ($75-100)annually/bi-annually not within rental guidelines as it’s private, slow water drainage when showering(pipe issues), need to be completely renovated
    Advice to owner:
    Stay on top of issues, provide adequate heat during the winter season, fix piping’s for water drainage, renovate and insulate
