    Pros:
    The facility and units are nice. The other tenants are excellent. The neighbors can be a little extra

    Cons:
    The landlord who lives on property is very nosy and involved in strange ways. She goes through your trash claiming she is looking for recycling.
    Advice to owner:
    See if you like the landlord first
