    The building is newly renovated so it has great appliances but everything breaks
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Modern appliances, access to stores and the subway, individually controlled heat and a/c
    Cons:
    The apartment building floodsssss!!! Management does not respond to maintenance request. Mold was growing due to water damage. The street is very noisy and the street is dirty.

    The utilities are very expensive
    Advice to owner:
    Respond to health related management requests
