Okay Place to Live
Pros
Spacious apartment that felt homey. Super was responsive. Pets allowed.
Cons
Building was not well-kept, including laundry room. Repairs were more bandaids than actually addressing issues. Neighbors were noisy at times by playing loud music .

Small 2 Bedroom with a mouse problem
Pros
Good closets with separate storage space on top Nice sized bathroom Dishwasher You control the heat Laundry in basement Short walk to multiple subway lines
Cons
Small living room Even smaller bedrooms Should’ve combined the 2 tiny bedrooms to make 1 regular sized room Pretty constant mouse/bug problem, even had a raccoon in the basement once. Seal up the exterior so that they can’t get in in the first place!
