Fine until it wasn't

Pros:
Had an elevator, never had a package stolen. Super was gruff, but always answered and always reminded me to lock my doors just in case. only a few block from the B/Q. Huge bedroom and large living room.
Cons:
Had a leak in the bathroom on all floors on one side of the building which wasn't fully fixed and allowed roaches to fester 2.5 years into my 3 years of residence. Before this roaches were not a problem. Pest control came sporadically and no notices were given.
