Terrible building

Pros:
Nothing at all
Cons:
Elevator breaks down constantly. Super uses same dirty mop and is rarely on site Tenants steal packages Apartments had roach and bed bug problem and was hidden. People play music loud throughout the night. The heater is outdated I spent winters without proper heat
Advice to owner:
Renovation across the entire building. And do a full paint job to uplift the building

- Nice size apartments
Cons:
-Elevator breaks down every other week. The owners should consider replacing the elevator system rather than doing patch jobs on the elevator. -Outdated intercom system. -The lobby and hallways are painted with an awful brown and peach color, which gives the building a dreary look. -The garbage shoot opening is way too small. -Lack of security, so, packages are stolen by neighbors or loiterers. -gangs of people hanging out in the hallway
Advice to owner:
Invest in the property: -New Elevator! -Better garbage disposal system. -The lobby and halls needs a new paint job, should consider more inviting colors -better mailroom security system -updated intercom -security
