Decent Rent and Space
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Not too expensive rent
-Good amount of space in the apartment
-Has elevator and laundry
-And located about an 8 min walk from the train and close to buses
-Has onsite super

Cons:
- Management is very unresponsive and you have to follow up multiple times to get any response or anything fixed.
-Elevator would take forever to come and was down multiple times
-Has laundry but washers and dryers were down multiple times and there’s no ventilation in the basement and smells awful
-Older building in need of repairs (paint chipping, cracks in the walls/floors, sloped and uneven floors)
- Very low water pressure
- Always people standing outside the building smoking or people smoking in the hallways/stairwells.
-Does have a roach problem but they offer monthly exterminator services which did help ease the problem (but I will say it took months to see any progress and the exterminator only comes to tenants who sign up for it so they don’t service the whole building and probably never fix the true issue)
-Trash cans are on the side of the building and are always overflowing with trash causing rats.
- People always leaving trash in the elevator and hallways.

Roach Infested

Pros:
Area is good, nice walking area
Cons:
Bad roach problem, made multiple complaints/service requests. Building not well kept, laundry room in basement is awful- no ventilation, no a/c, no fan and rarely are all machines working. Water pressure is extremely low.
Advice to owner:
Clean more often and exterminate all apartments, fix water pressure, renovate the laundry room
