Worst Building I’ve Ever Lived In
Former Tenant
Pros:
At first glance the unit seemed nice with updated appliances, in unit washer/dryer and dishwasher.
Cons:
When we moved in the dishwasher and washer/dryer did not work and management took 3 months to fix them. We had roaches which quickly turned into an infestation from the moment we moved in. We had mice during the winter which also became an infestation. The management never responded to any of our complaints. The hot water would not work for days at time. The heat was on but never warm enough to actually make the unit warm. The lock to the door of the building was broken.
Advice to owner:
Address complaints and actually look after your tenants.
