    Landlords don’t care

    Pros:
    Cheap price and two bathrooms
    Cons:
    Right above an event space that will blast music and make the entire apt shake. No actual windows in the common area. No garbage bins. Stairs look like they’re about to collapse, no mail slot,
    Advice to owner:
    Don’t be a slumlord
