Spacious and sunny, but slow to fix problems

Pros:
This apartment is very spacious and convenient to the Q line train, with lots of light. The appliances are all functional and in-unit laundry is great.
Cons:
We’ve had squirrels/raccoons in the ceiling for at least 8 months and progress to get them out has been very slow. The landlord is unavailable during Sabbath and doesn’t have a super, so any issues that arise during that time go unhandled. Minor issues in the house are very difficult to get fixed in a timely manor. Foster Ave is a fairly loud street, so people who don’t like traffic noise will be frustrated.
Advice to owner:
Designate an official contact or property manager who is available at all times.

Great chill neighborhood

Pros:
Nice new appliances including washer/dryer and large amount of space, clean apartment.
Cons:
Have had some difficulty taking care of problems with the home expediently. No doorbell for second floor apartment.
