It was good until it went bad

Pros:
nearby subway, cafes, grocery stores, landromat, and pharmacy.
Cons:
Noisey and nosey neighbors
Advice to owner:
The landlord is misogynistic towards working mothers. Very immature and disappointing to say the least.
