thick walls, good sound insulation, infrequent and minimal pest issues thus far, spacious, high ceilings in many rooms, beautiful woodwork and stained glass, large front porch and backyard, single car garage in a shared driveway with room for an additional small-medium sized car, 5-6 minute walk to the B/Q, bike friendly neighborhood, lots of greenery and trees, 30 minute walk to Prospect Park
Cons
some sloping floors and other quirks of living in an 100+ year old Victorian house, location is removed from more centrally located neighborhoods, no pets allowed
