    they don’t clean, they don’t fix anything. the supers don’t do anything manageable

    get a better super

    The building is very diverse and haven’t seen any crime around the building.
    Cons:
    Management response on fixing something is very low. Thin walls, heat a lot of noise. Heat rarely comes in the building. Rats and roaches frequent in the building but can be manageable within your house.

    Improve the management situation of the building.

    Some of the neighbors and the size of the apartment
    Cons:
    The landlord doesn’t answer the requirements sent to him Is a very dirty building The super is very incompetent The only thing on time is the monthly rent bill

    Fulfill your obligations

    The lack of response to concerns and issues from the superintendent and the owner.
    Advice to owner:
    Listen and be more attentive to your tenants, their problems and concerns, everybody’s trying to pay on time so it’s the least you can do
