Pros:
I lived there for about 4years with my friend. Had roommates come and go. The interior was somewhat new but the previous tenants trashed the apartment so not that great. It has the rooftop access from 2F.
Cons:
The property management is the hardest ppl you can contact to fix stuff. Not so responsive. Fyi, they are hassidic jews and they are always off on weird days so expect for maybe like 30% return calls. The summer day the house gets super hot, and all sorta bugs crawling into the house from the kitchen window. One of the bathroom is grossly tiny. Don’t expect usps would drop the package inside the hall way, you better stay home to receive bulky ones or have small ones sent to the your work places. Packages always get stolen.
Advice to owner:
You better have a better property management they weren’t so helpful especially during snow days. They should’ve sent somebody to clean the snow on stair cases asap, instead it was us from 2nd floor went outside and shovel the snows with sweepers becuz we didnt have proper equipments. We felt the obligation to do it cuz none of other tenants from other units ever cleaned them.
