- Beautiful landscaping - Great Super - Good Management - Lovely neighbors - Huge Apartments
Cons:
- Slow Elevator - Trash gets smelly and makes the elevator smell - Temperature of apartments can be hard to control (I.e it gets too hot even in the winter)
