-No exterminator -Persistence is needed when repairs are required. -More and larger garbage bins needed -Front door is not safe. When locked out, you can break yourself in through the broken glass. -
-Exterminate regularly. -Fix the front door with more than tape and wire grate. -Get more trash bins.
