    Simple Living in BK
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    -Good water pressure
    -Heat works
    -Hot water works
    -No roaches
    -Safe and quiet neighborhood.
    Cons:
    -No exterminator
    -Persistence is needed when repairs are required.
    -More and larger garbage bins needed
    -Front door is not safe. When locked out, you can break yourself in through the broken glass.
    -
    Advice to owner:
    -Exterminate regularly.
    -Fix the front door with more than tape and wire grate.
    -Get more trash bins.
