Excellent Doorman Building

Pros

24/7 doorman, great and responsive super, very clean building with minimal issues.

Cons

Sometimes rude older neighbors

Really well maintained building

Pros

Great 24/7 building team, well run. Holiday parties for the building, good mix of owners and renters. Elevator works laundry works. Nice landscaping in front, changed seasonally. The porter is on top of trash management. Super on site. 24h doormen are great and serious.

You can hear other apartments around you fairly easily. But generally quiet building.
