The supervisor and management company are very responsive to issues. We had some standard wear and tear issues, and they were resolved pretty quickly.

Cons

Creaky floors in the apartments. Also the walls are fairly thin.

Building is infested with roaches and mice Old, unkept building Crazy overpriced for what you get Dogs and children are loud/ yelling/ barking

Renovate the building. It’s in poor condition. Lower your rent rates they’re laughable.
