Elevator Issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Large apartment and space -Laundry room in building -24hr Doormen are always nice -15-20 min walking distance to Zipcar rentals -20 mins walk to Prospect Park -10-15 mins away from F&Q train -close by to organic supermarkets and restaurants
Cons:
-Constant elevator issues -Leaks happen during heavy rain/snow -repairs won’t get fixed or take months to get fixed -some tenants don’t understand social distancing or don’t believe in wearing masks -swimming pool on rooftop hasn’t been fixed in YEARS! -management has lost my paperwork when renewing lease -management did not decrease rent during entire pandemic(they will not work with you to make housing even more affordable!!)
Advice to owner:
Please respond in a timely fashion or offer other options/solutions to repairs
Please actually repair ceilings, leaks, and remedy elevator issues!!!
