Pros:
Convenience to shops, schools. Playground and transportations.
Cons:
Management. As a tenant I get nearly nothing repaired well or at set appointment times promised. Packages constantly stolen due to lack of surveillance or security. Noisy neighbors!
Advice to owner:
Need to be more involved other then collecting rent and sending non English speaking handymen to fix serious problems.
