    Owner is Responsive, Safe Area

    Pros:
    Owner is responsive to issues and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. I didn’t face any major problems with pests. There’s a few food options nearby and the apartment is close to the train.
    Cons:
    Location is a bit far from Manhattan, D train doesn’t come that often. The area can get isolated at night
