Cons

Landlady is rude, noisy, nosy, and aggressive. If you like her knowing your business or commenting about how you should live your life and having little privacy, you should definitely live here. Nothing was fixed and the heat during the winter was rarely on. (Ya. You don't get to control the thermostat. Especially with the rent increase. Met a previous tenant who said she would not come back. Now I know why. At your own peril. Lots of sirens and honking in the street.
