Super lazy & does not do repairs promptly. Always looking for $$$

Cons:
Floors not waxed in over 6 years, Laundry machines constantly breakdown. Lobby walls need repainting & wallpaper.
Advice to owner:
Clean up your act, people paying too much for these apts & bldg not maintained properly.

Constant issues with the water temperature

Its in bay ridge
Cons:
Horribly maintained boiler. If you get a place here expect 1-2 weeks of cold water every winter. If you are ready for 6 am cold showers in 10 degree weather then this is the place for you. Roaches everywhere. In the hallways, garbage rooms, stairs, and in your apartments thanks to the neighbors. Lazy management company that only cares about taking your money instead of giving you a decent place for that that money.
