    Pros:
    my roommate was nice
    Cons:
    The landlady is racist and a harasses her tenants. She also screams and calls names to people who live here.
    Advice to owner:
    Multiple people have moved out of this property in the past two years. Maybe the owner's should really look into their behaviour and civilize themselves.
