This landlord is terrible he exposed me and my family to toxic mold for 5 months

Pros:
The rent is cheap but you get what you pay for,
Cons:
The management they neglect to do essential repairs. The front was always unlocked homeless people are always inside urinating and doing drugs.
Advice to owner:
do your job and do the repairs. The tenants are paying to live in a safe and clean environment.
