Pros
-Proximity to pier and NYC Ferry
Cons
-black mold in the shower of 3A that was unaddressed for 6 years (and still hasn’t been fixed based on the “renovated” photos-the same tiles are still there) -mice -all sorts of insects that I have never seen anywhere else. had these tiny bugs infesting all the food in the pantry at one point -landlord who won’t take accountability for anything and will harass and yell (as in actually raise his voice!) at you for problems that are due to his own neglect -commuting out of this neighborhood is a hassle
