    Nice building, calm environment, decent apartment

    Pros:
    Convenience near the ferry, proximity to corner stores, friendly neighbors, quiet environment
    Cons:
    The lighting in the hallway needs to be fixed
    Advice to owner:
    The building is overall fine the only thing that needs to get fixed is the lighting in the hallway.
