This was genuinely a great place to live. I spent a couple years here. No complaints. He does a renovation pretty much any time a tenant moves out, so all the apartments are really nice, clean, and updated. I started in a studio and moved into a one bedroom after a year. Landlord is also the super and he is super responsive.
