Pros
Looks nice when you tour but it’s all a facade.
Cons
Literally everything. I thought it would be convenient to live above a grocery store but I was wrong. The constant noise, even at night. No loading dock so the sidewalk is constantly blocked from deliveries. Constant double parking since no lot plus horns of cars all day. No garbage, no laundry, no insulation so it’s freezing in the winter and ac on constantly in the summer. Mice, hear doesnt work correctly, fan just stays on unless you flip the breakers. Landlord’s constantly lie, never fix anything and the walls are so thin I can hear normal conversations like they are in my unit.
