    Nice Neighborhood
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Close to a park and some grocery/ convenient stores.
    Cons:
    There were a lot of pests.
    Advice to owner:
    There was a pest control person every other week in the common areas so I think it might have just needed to be more frequent and inside apartments.
