Could be worse
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location (close to subway, waterfront, great food and shopping), pretty decent apartment, most of the neighbors were awesome, Elegante is a few short blocks away with the square in Brooklyn, rooftop garden.
Cons:
Mice, drummer practicing in one of the apartments, athletic sex man lived on top floor, unsealed crumbling bricks on apartment walls.
Advice to owner:
Sell the place to someone with more interested in being a landlord.
